Growth Management Impact Fee - 7211

The Federal Way Public Schools is authorized to collect impact fees from new development in accordance with ordinances adopted by counties and cities located in whole or in part within the district. These fees will be used to partially fund school capital facilities needed to house and accommodate the increasing student population generated by residential development.
